Move over to the Main Course

You can move on to the main course main course includes Bharli Vangi which is Maharashtra’s version of stuffed small brinjals in a flavourful and fragrant gravy. The thick and creamy gravy goes very well with the bhakris and chapati

The Patwadi Rassa from the Vidharba region is again a #MustTry dish here. Thin slices of gram flour patwadi in a spicy red gravy/ rassa. This was the first time I was having this dish and I kind of fell in love with this one.

The Saoji Mutton – A Maharashtrian speciality and is very popular in the Vidharbha district – very flavourful and irresistible  is #HighlyRecommended. Traditionally is preparation is very spicy and may not suit everyone’s palate. Wah Marathi serves a toned down version of this dish with all the flavors intact. Well cooked Mutton that I polished off with Bhakris. Wash all that down with the soothing Soul Kadhi
