Wah Marathi has a creative decor with comfortable seating , excellent use of walls with interesting artefacts ,picture frames and gives the restaurant an elegant fine dining ambiance . Along with that the restaurant gives a warm cozy feel that making it a pleasant place to spend time with friends and family.
What to eat?
Next up you can check out the Thalipeeth that comes along with sweet curd. Made with a blend of various grains powdered together and dry roasted, it is then spiked with onions, coriander & chillies. The dough is then flattened out with the hand to form these amazing savory multigrain pancakes.
If you are a non-vegetarian try the Chicken Sukka Masala, a dry and spicy preparation with authentic maharashtrian masalas that comes well recommended with the in house rassas – the tamda and pandhra rassas.

You can move on to the main course main course includes Bharli Vangi which is Maharashtra’s version of stuffed small brinjals in a flavourful and fragrant gravy. The thick and creamy gravy goes very well with the bhakris and chapati
The Patwadi Rassa from the Vidharba region is again a #MustTry dish here. Thin slices of gram flour patwadi in a spicy red gravy/ rassa. This was the first time I was having this dish and I kind of fell in love with this one.
For the non vegetarian lovers, you have to try their Chicken Hirva Masala, that is chicken cooked with a blend of fresh coriander and mint with a hint of green chilly.
The Saoji Mutton – A Maharashtrian speciality and is very popular in the Vidharbha district – very flavourful and irresistible is #HighlyRecommended. Traditionally is preparation is very spicy and may not suit everyone’s palate. Wah Marathi serves a toned down version of this dish with all the flavors intact. Well cooked Mutton that I polished off with Bhakris. Wash all that down with the soothing Soul Kadhi
