Tertullia has never disappointed me…it is one of the restaurants that has been quite consistent with their offerings. My usual go to meeting place and I may have tried their one dish n number of times but nothing changes in terms of taste and texture. And let me tell you their new additions to the menu look equally tempting and stunning. Read on to check out my dining experience at Tertullia Koregaon Park
Well this salad is definitely one of those that #BellydrivenRecommends For me it is a complete meal in itself, this kale quinoa salad is healthy and hearty. You’ll love the crunchy walnuts, toasted almonds and sweet dates! All of this topped with a heavenly lime parmesan dressing. I can just have this salad with one of the fresh fruit juices on the menu and that will kind of sort my lunch scenes
Another salad that looks pretty as a picture is the Watermelon and Feta Cheese Salad. An extraordinary combination of both savory and refreshing at the same time that will certainly amaze you! Whether eaten as a snack, light meal, that salty-sweet combination going on in this recipe will keep you fascinated! It has got crispy lotus stem that adds to the crunch, served on a bed of rucola and pretty balsamic pearls. #MustTry
Roasting the garlic kicks the deliciousness up a notch on this Four Cheese Roasted Garlic bread. Loading it up with a mix of mozzarella, scarmoza, aged cheddar and parmesan makes it totally stand out.
The lamb sliders are another #MustTry especially the tomato chutney that they serve it with. These sliders combine all the traditional seasonings that go so well with lamb—rosemary, mint, garlic—in one tiny burger that’s packed with yumminess.
For chicken lovers there is this Balsamic Chicken Tikka with curry leaves and mustard and must have for the spice lovers.
The Bianco Pizza comes with garlic confit, feta cheese and basil. It felt that the dish lacked something sweet or tangy. A topping of candied pecans or some mixed dried berries would have added another texture to the pizza.
This dish is sharp, I personally loved this classic combination of Ravioli in Swiss Cheese, Shiitake Mushrooms in a Parmesan and Thyme Butter Sauce. Creamy, well cooked pasta with bang on flavors. All the elements in this dish work in sync with each other
#BellydrivenRecommends Lamb Shanks with Parmesan Polenta in Red Wine thick Sauce was my favorite mains of the day. This is served with Parmesan Polenta, French Beans and finished in thick Red Wine sauce. A classic dish from Terttulia’s kitchen, slow-cooked to perfection, fall-off-the-bone tender braised lamb shank in red wine sauce
The desserts were Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownie and Salted Caramel Pannacotta, I personally liked the cream cheese brownie here. These moist, decadent brownies are for chocolate and cheesecake lovers alike. Each bite fills your mouth with an intensely rich combination of cream cheese and dark chocolate
The new menu tastes best with the cocktails here I loved the Lemon Sky that is their take on G+T (Gin and Tonic) with a smokey kaffir lime experience and the Pune Local is again a must have for that yummy local taste with garam chana jor. The cocktail is potent mix of tequila and carrot juice.
All you have to do here is choose your drink for the day, settle well and opt for one of the new additions to the menu. Like I said earlier Terttulia never disappoints with their knack of reinventing themselves.
Cheers…
