Often considered a vegetable but actually a fruit,the summer show-stopper – tomatoes are versatile. Ranging in color from cherry red to luscious yellow, and ranging in flavor from sweet to tangy, tomatoes are popular. From warm soups to healthy salads, sauces to gravies tomatoes brighten up any dish.  Best paired with basil for a salad, tomatoes are popular in Italian cuisine. Have them grilled, roasted, baked or raw, this vegetable will never let you down.

Tomatoes are filled with nutrients and antioxidants that help combat several diseases as well as keep health in good shape and helps fight cancer.Tomatoes contain important nutrients, such as niacin, folate and vitamin B6, vitamin A that have associated with the reduction of heart disease risk and improve vision. They are also good for digestion and maintains blood health.
