From the fairy tales
They say I am secretive, bewildering
Glittering and exotic.

The Dragon Fruit (Pitaya), available with white or magenta insides, is an egg-shaped, bright pink fruit that is sweet and crunchy in the middle. Grown extensively in Southeast Asia, Mexico, Central and South America, the fruit finds it away in many desserts, sorbets, ice cream and cocktails… A rich source of Vitamin C, phosphorus, calcium, and antioxidants, Dragon fruits have zero complex carbohydrates, so foods can be more easily broken down in the body.

Best enjoyed fresh and chilled, this fruit is indeed specaular…
