Walnuts

I am dusky,
A tough nut to crack,
Eat me raw or cooked
I am great for your hair.

Keep your engine revved up all day.  Have a handful of walnuts to boost your energy. Don’t only use them as a snack or salad topping but incorporate them in your regular breakfast, main course meals and desserts. Try caramelized walnuts or spiced walnuts, they are addictively delicious. A baklava (A turkish dessert)  is not a baklava without walnuts…Walnuts are a rich source of biotin that strengthen hair and reduce hairfall. So go and grab a bite of this delectable nut.
